parent fraternity of this institution is the High Court of Madhya Pradesh
headed by Hon'ble Shri Justice Syed Rafat Alam, Chief Justice of
High Court of Madhya Pradesh. Hon'ble Shri Justice K.K.
Lahoti is the Administrative Judge of High Court of Madhya Pradesh,
main seat of Jabalpur and the Port Folio Justice for District Court,
Bhopal.
THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH
HON'BLE SHRI JUSTICE SYED RAFAT ALAM
Born on August 8, 1950. Graduated in Art with
Honours from St. Columbus College, Hazaribagh in the year 1970 and
did LL.B. from Patna Law College. Enrolled as an Advocate on April
1, 1975. Worked as Standing Counsel for the State of Bihar and also
as Standing Counsel for the Bihar State Electricity Board, Patna
University and Magadh University. Served as Part Time Lecture in Law
Faculty of College of Commerce, Patna from 1983 till his elevation
as Judge of the High Court. Elevated as Permanent Judge of the
Patna High Court from November 8, 1994. Transferred to Allahabad
High Court on November 28, 1994. He was a senior judge at the
Allahabad High Court. Appointed twice as Acting Chief Justice from
December 30, 2004 to January 10, 2005 and from January 27, 2007 to
March 6, 2007.
Sworn-in the 20th Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh
High Court on December 20, 2009 and took the charge on December 21,
2009.

PORTFOLIO JUSTICE OF DISTRICT COURT BHOPAL
HON'BLE SHRI JUSTICE K.K. LAHOTI
Born on March 6, 1952. Enrolled as Advocate on
October 14, 1974. Practised on Civil and Criminal sides in
the District Court at Guna. Shifted to the Bench at Gwalior
in the year 1988.
Appointed Additional Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh.
Appointed as Additional Judge of the High
Court of Madhya Pradesh on October 22, 2001 and Permanent
Judge on April 1, 2002.
